From A1 Southbound

From the A1 take the A198, sign posted North Berwick.  Follow it all the way until you get to North Berwick and down to the Beach Road on the sea front.  As you pass The North Berwick Golf Club and the green beyond on your left, you will see the back of the Belhaven Hotel on your right.  You can park here and walk through the garden to get to the front door. Alternatively, you can continue in the car and take the second right onto Church Street, then right again onto the High Street (a one-way street).  This turns into Westgate (the hotel is at 28 Westgate), and as the road forks bear right and we are on the right.

From A1 Northbound

From the A1 take the A198, sign posted North Berwick.  Follow for about 7 miles until you get into North Berwick (you will pass a Tesco store on your left).  At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and follow Dunbar Road downhill until it reaches a smaller roundabout. Bear right (2nd exit) onto Quality Street, then immediate left onto the High Street (a one-way street). Continue past the shops where the road becomes Westgate (the hotel is at 28 Westgate).  As the road forks bear right and we are on the right.
